Payment terms:
Fees are strictly payable in advance and must reflect on/or before the 1st day of each month.
Each learner's slot, time and place is therefore reserved in advance.
No lessons will continue if there are any fees outstanding and will continue as soon as the full amount is paid.
Fees will be invoiced in advance each month on/or from the 25th of the previous month.
Late fees of 10% will be charged by the 3rd of each month if payment does not reflect on/or before the said payment due date.
Set monthly fees are calculated over a period of 10 months from February until November. December and January are excluded and will be invoiced accordingly. All other fees are calculated from January until December.
No refunds can be given for days when the student is not in attendance. Missed lessons will not be repeated.
Cancellation terms:
Notice of one calendar month must be given in writing if a student wishes to cancel lessons.
Fees will still be due even if the student is unable to attend class until the completion of the notice period.
No refunds given for payments received.
